At BooksBazar.pk, we want our customers to be fully satisfied with their purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:
1. Timeframe for Returns & Exchanges
- Customers must contact us within 3 days of receiving their order.
- Only calls will be entertained at 0321-1144207 (WhatsApp messages are not accepted for return/exchange requests).
2. How to Return
- Once you contact us, we will provide you with the return address
- Customers are required to ship the product back to us in its original condition and packaging.
- After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange.
3. Refund Timeline
- After the returned parcel is checked and approved, the refund will be made within 24-48 hours via the original payment method or as otherwise agreed.
4. Conditions for Return/Exchange
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- Books with torn pages, writing, or any signs of use will not be accepted.
- Stationery, uniforms, and sealed items once opened are non-returnable for hygiene and authenticity reasons.
- Discounted or clearance sale items are not eligible for return/exchange unless faulty or wrong product sent.
5. Shipping Costs
- Customers will bear the return shipping cost unless the product delivered was wrong or defective.
- In case of an incorrect or damaged item delivered, BooksBazar.pk will cover the return shipping cost.
6. Exchange Policy
- If you wish to exchange for a different product, additional charges (if any) will be applicable.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
